Technical. Human. Both.

My name is Bruno Poirier. I'm an AI adoption specialist, and I've worked in IT since 1999.

Portrait of Bruno Poirier

I started in mining in 2006, at a mining operation in Nunavik, as a senior network technician: satellite links, microwave, telephony. 1,800 km north of Montreal, you learn fast that a solution that only works on paper doesn't work.

In 2010, I joined one of the world's largest gold producers, in Nunavut. At a mine going through a difficult start-up, I discovered data, along with a lesson that has stayed with me ever since: the mine and the equipment were fine. What needed fixing was the processes and the people.

In 2015, I became Enterprise Data Manager for the whole company. In 2023, I was put in charge of special AI projects, including a literacy program that reached more than 10,000 employees.

In 2026, I founded DécodAI to do the same thing at the scale of Quebec SMBs: make complex concepts clear, and make sure people leave with something they can use the next morning.

Data and AI are worthless without understanding, and useless without trust.

I present standing up, without notes, with examples drawn from your reality. I work alone, which means the person you meet is the person who delivers.

It starts with a conversation.

I come to you, at no cost, to understand your situation before proposing anything.
